Body 2 Fit are delighted to launch Pre & Post Natal Yoga starting w/c 2nd February 2015.
Pre-Natal Yoga classes offer classical yoga techniques of breathing, movement and relaxation specially adapted to suit your individual needs through the different stages of pregnancy- helping you to prepare for birth and to help to get back in shape afterwards.
Post-Natal Yoga (please feel free to bring your baby along) focuses on stabilizing the pelvis, regaining overall strength and tone particularly in the pelvic floor and abdomen.
Studio One, at Body 2 Fit's Wynyard Clinic, is home to the only FULLY equipped Pilates equipment studio in the North East.
New for 2015 - We are excited to give our current and new clients the opportunity to enjoy the use of the equipment in Studio One at their own leisure, in conjunction with their current Pilates classes and / or 1-2-1 sessions.
Each client will be offered individual 1-2-1 sessions to create a personalised programme which they can use in Studio One at a time to suit their diary. There are also a range of package options available to ensure there is something to suit all needs and budgets!
