Pilates is fast becoming acknowledged as a great form of exercise for athletes in all disciplines
Pilates can help to compliment an athlete's routine training, making them stronger, more flexible, faster to recover and less likely to injure!

According to Dr Tom Crisp, a Sports and Orthopaedic Consultant specialist:

Exercises that will have the most positive effect without strain are Pilates, Yoga and Swiss ball exercises.
